Sexual Health · Physician supervised
There is more than one option. Most men only hear about one.
Erectile difficulty has several causes — blood flow, desire, timing — and each one has a different answer. A physician reviews your history, then matches you to the treatment that fits your situation, not the one with the biggest ad budget.
Sildenafil
For planned intimacy
The one everybody’s heard of, and for good reason. It relaxes the blood vessels so blood can get where it needs to go — it doesn’t create desire, it just clears the roadblock.
Take it 30 to 60 minutes ahead and you’ve got a four-to-six hour window. Millions of prescriptions and decades of use behind it. For most men, it works the first time.
Included in Rapid, Rapid Maxx and Spark — and on its own as plain sildenafil tablets.
Tadalafil
For spontaneity
Same idea as sildenafil, longer runway. Up to 36 hours, which is why men who switch usually say the same thing: they stopped planning their sex life around a pill.
You can take it as needed, or as a small daily dose that keeps you ready without thinking about it at all. It tends to help with urinary symptoms too, if an aging prostate is part of the picture.
Included in Rapid, Rapid Maxx, Spark, Triple, and every Daily formulation — Daily EX, Daily EX Plus, Daily Passion and Daily Pump.
Apomorphine
When the usual options haven’t worked
Sometimes the issue isn’t the plumbing — it’s the signal. Apomorphine works in the brain, on the dopamine pathways that start the whole process, rather than on blood flow downstream.
That makes it a genuinely different approach for men who haven’t had luck with the usual options. It kicks in fast, usually inside 20 minutes. Nausea is the main tradeoff, so we start low and adjust.
Included in Daily Passion, alongside low-dose tadalafil.
PT-141
For low desire
Blood flow medications can’t do anything about desire. PT-141 works on the arousal pathways in the brain itself, so men tend to describe it less as a fix and more as wanting coming back.
It’s an option when the erection is fine but the interest isn’t, or when libido stays flat even after hormones are dialed in. Small injection about 45 minutes before, effects last several hours.
Included in Triple, alongside tadalafil and oxytocin.
Oxytocin
For connection and intensity
This is the bonding hormone — your body already makes it during touch and climax, and it’s a big part of why sex feels connected rather than just physical.
Supplementing it is aimed at arousal, intensity, and closeness rather than erection quality. Taken as a troche or nasal spray shortly beforehand, usually alongside something else. The research in men is still early, so we treat it as one piece of a bigger plan.
Included in Spark and Triple.

- You can get there, but not reliablySildenafil or tadalafil. Choose on timing: sildenafil for planned intimacy, tadalafil if you’d rather not plan at all.
