This is a starting program. It is built for patients new to GLP‑1 medications, or restarting at the beginning dose — the stretch where the dose climbs fastest, and the held rate is what keeps the price from climbing with it.
Already taking a GLP‑1? Submit proof of your current medication and our physicians will review it and recommend your dose. You will see that recommendation, and its price, before anything is paid — accept it, ask for a change, or decline, and you are not billed. Treatment that picks up at your current dose is priced under our Tiered Pricing structure.
Prescription treatment. Available only after review and approval by a licensed physician. Not all patients will qualify. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved and not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Dose increases are offered when clinically appropriate and are always physician-directed — a higher level is not a guaranteed outcome, and not every patient reaches it. The program price does not change if your physician holds you at a lower level.
