Wellness & Peptides · The Formulary

What they do, and what we don’t promise.

Peptide and NAD+ therapy sits between medicine and optimization. Sermorelin has decades of clinical use and a clear mechanism. NAD+ has strong biology and early human data. We offer both because the risk is low and many patients feel a real difference — but we won’t tell you they reverse aging, and we’ll say plainly where the science is still catching up.

Energy

Fuel, not a stimulant.

NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into usable energy and to run its own repair machinery. Levels fall with age, and that is the whole argument for replacing it. The routes differ in how fast they work and how long they last — a troche or nasal spray for a lift you feel the same day, an injection for steady levels week to week.

NAD+

Injection · Nasal spray · Troche · Pre-workout troche

NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy and to run its repair machinery, and levels fall steadily with age. Restoring it is aimed at energy, focus, recovery and sleep. Strong biology, early human data — we offer it as a promising option, not a proven one. Three ways to take it:

  • Troche A 200 mg troche under the tongue when you want the lift — before a workout or a run. Keeps in a gym bag; nothing to mix or refrigerate.
  • Pre-workout troche The same 200 mg troche with caffeine and B12, taken 20 to 30 minutes before training.
  • Nasal spray Absorbed through the nasal lining in minutes — the fastest needle-free option, used when you need a boost rather than on a fixed daily schedule.
  • Injection 100 mg under the skin, two to four times a week — the most direct route and the one patients notice first. Inject slowly to avoid a brief flush.

Inflammation & Aging

Turn down the noise.

When the problem is background inflammation rather than a specific injury. Glutathione is the antioxidant your own cells make to mop up oxidative stress; low-dose naltrexone works further upstream, quieting the inflammatory signalling itself and raising your own endorphins overnight. Neither is a painkiller — both are slow, steady changes to the environment.

Build your plan

Glutathione

Oral · Injection

Your cells’ primary antioxidant, built from three amino acids — the molecule the liver uses to neutralize toxins and cells use to limit oxidative damage. Often paired with NAD+, which raises the demand for antioxidant capacity.

  • Oral 100 mg daily. Plain glutathione is poorly absorbed, so we use a liposomal or sublingual preparation for steady maintenance-level support. From $93 a month.
  • Injection 400 mg twice weekly, under the skin or into muscle. Bypasses the gut entirely for a level you can feel — recovery, skin brightness, and alongside NAD+. From $89.50 a month.

Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Oral · nightly capsule

At roughly a tenth of its usual dose, naltrexone briefly blocks opioid receptors overnight, and the body responds by raising its own endorphins and quieting inflammatory signalling. Used for chronic pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions. Inexpensive and well tolerated; start low — vivid dreams in the first weeks are common and fade.

  • Oral 4.5 mg capsule at bedtime, often titrated up over the first few weeks. $109 a month, or $299 for a 90-capsule three-month supply.

Muscle & Metabolism

Keep the muscle.

Losing weight is easy to do badly — a third of what comes off can be lean mass. Sermorelin prompts your pituitary to release its own growth hormone on its natural night-time rhythm, which is the lever we pull for sleep quality, recovery and holding on to muscle. Lipo-Mino works the other side of the equation, supporting how the body mobilises and burns fat.

Sermorelin

Longest track record

Injection · Oral

A fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. It doesn’t add growth hormone — it asks your own pituitary for a natural pulse, mostly during deep sleep, which is why it’s dosed at night and why sleep is usually the first thing people notice. Used for recovery, body composition, and holding on to lean mass during weight loss. Prescribed off-label.

  • Injection 200 mcg under the skin at bedtime, five nights of every seven. Reconstituted vial, refrigerated, one month once opened. The full-strength route, from $129 a month.
  • Oral A sublingual form taken at bedtime. Lower absorption than the injection — for men who want the sleep and recovery benefit without a nightly needle.

Lipo-Mino

Weight-loss add-on

Weekly injection · Lipo-Mino-Mix-C · L-carnitine 125 mg/mL + MIC + B vitamins

The “lipo shot,” upgraded. Methionine, inositol and choline are lipotropics — compounds involved in how the liver breaks down and exports fat. B12 supports energy, and L-carnitine shuttles fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned. A weekly injection that supports fat metabolism while you’re eating less; best paired with a GLP-1 program.

  • Injection Once weekly, under the skin or into muscle. Per mL: B6 2 mg / methionine 12.4 mg / inositol 25 mg / choline 25 mg / B1 50 mg / B2 5 mg / cyanocobalamin 1 mg / L-carnitine 125 mg. $129 for two months; supplies included.

Recovery

Heal what is torn.

For a tendon, ligament, muscle or joint that has stopped improving on its own. These are run as a course around an injury — eight to twelve weeks, then stop — not as a standing refill. The human evidence is thinner here than anywhere else on this page, and we prescribe them as physician-directed recovery support rather than a proven cure.

BPC-157 & TB-500

Recovery

Daily subcutaneous injection · alone or stacked

BPC-157 is a synthetic version of a protein found in gastric juice. In animal studies it speeds healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut lining, apparently by improving blood supply and signalling to repair cells. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4 and works on a different pathway — cell migration and new blood vessel growth — which is why the two are usually run together after an injury rather than one at a time. Human trial data is limited; we prescribe these as physician-directed recovery support and describe them that way. Courses typically run eight to twelve weeks around an injury and then stop. Both are prohibited in competition by WADA and most sporting bodies — if you are a tested athlete, this is not for you.

  • BPC-157 alone A daily injection near the area you are working on when practical, otherwise anywhere subcutaneous. From $166.50 a month.
  • Wolverine Stack BPC-157 with TB-500, the pairing most patients choose after a tendon, ligament or joint injury. From $216.50 a month.

The rules

What applies to every plan.

Novel, not proven

Topical and systemic NAD+ have strong laboratory biology and early human trials, not the decades of outcome data behind a retinoid or a GLP-1. We offer it as a promising option and describe it that way.

Sermorelin is prescribed off-label

Its approved use was diagnostic. Use for sleep, recovery and body composition is physician-directed and individualized — and it is not growth hormone.

Reconstituted vials last 30 days

Sermorelin, injectable NAD+ and the nasal pump are dated 30 days once opened, refrigerated. A month’s supply is a month’s supply even if drug is left in the vial.

Pairs with everything

Neither interacts with testosterone, GLP-1s, or the skin and hair programs. Sermorelin is the add-on we most often suggest during weight loss, to protect lean mass.
