Skin Rejuvenation
Start with what you’re treating.
Four routes, each a ladder of physician-directed compounded creams — Foundation, Plus, Max — plus topical NAD+, which layers on top of any of them. Read how each works, or go straight to building your plan.
Acne
Foundation · Plus · Max
Azelaic acid and niacinamide make a gentle combination for skin that is new to treatment. Plus and Max add a retinoid. Start at Foundation if your skin is sensitive, or step up to Plus or Max for full effect.
From $96.33 per month on a 3-month supply · 3 options
Aging & Wrinkles
Foundation · Plus · Max
Retinoic acid at 0.05% and 0.1%, each with hyaluronic acid to keep it comfortable. Max adds niacinamide for brightening and a more even tone. Start where you feel comfortable and step up as needed.
From $96.33 per month on a 3-month supply · 3 options
For Women
Foundation · Plus · Max · Max + NAD · Stella · Stella Plus
Topical estriol with a retinoid, niacinamide and copper peptide for estrogen-deficient skin. Four doses of tretinoin available, plus the Stella pair for states where tretinoin is not dispensed.
From $89.67 per month on a 3-month supply · 6 options
NAD+
NAD+ 10%
Topical NAD+ at 10%. NAD+ is the coenzyme your skin cells use to make energy and run their own repair, and it falls with age — topically it supports barrier recovery, tone and resilience. Retinoid-free and hormone-free, so it is a worthwhile addition alongside any other plan on this page.
From $99.67 per month on a 3-month supply · 1 option
Compounded preparation. Not FDA-approved and not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Retinoids must not be used in pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or while trying to conceive — NAD+ 10% is the retinoid-free route. Topical estriol is reviewed against your hormone history before it is prescribed. Daily sun protection is part of every plan.
How Reclaim works
- 01A short online evaluationWhat you’re treating, your skin type, what you’ve tried — and the few things that rule a product out, like pregnancy for a retinoid.
- 02Your physician reviews your requestsFoundation to start for most people, stepping up at 12 weeks if your skin is ready. AM / PM pairings when two mechanisms beat one.
- 03Shipped in three-month suppliesFrom a licensed compounding pharmacy. Time-limited products come with their stop date and their maintenance partner already in the plan.
Pay for what you need. Nothing else.
Creams are bought as a supply, not a standing refill. When the jar runs out you decide whether to reorder, step up a tier, or stop.
- No subscriptionYou are buying medication, not signing up for anything. There is no membership and nothing to cancel.
- No automatic renewalsYour card is never charged again on its own. When you run out, you come back and buy more — or you don’t.
