Weight Loss · The GLP-1 Guide
How the Reclaim program works.
Physician-developed and physician-directed treatment, with transparent pricing. No surprises, no memberships, and no automated charges.
The medications
Two available options.
Semaglutide
Single receptorWeekly subcutaneous injection · compounded · titrated over months
Acts on the GLP‑1 receptor. Activating it slows how quickly your stomach empties, so you stay full for longer after eating; changes how your body releases insulin and glucagon; and acts on the appetite centers in the brain, so you think about food less. Single-receptor activity, at a lower price at every level.
Tirzepatide
Dual receptorWeekly subcutaneous injection · compounded · titrated over months
Acts on two gut-hormone receptors. Everything GLP‑1 activity does above — slower stomach emptying, altered insulin and glucagon release, reduced appetite signalling — with the added activity of GIP, a second gut hormone working alongside it. Two receptors rather than one.
Choosing
Two starting points.
Starting out
New to GLP-1 medications, or starting over?
Start with the six-month bundle. One rate, held for six months, while your dose is doing all of its moving.
Starter Plan →Already going
Our standard Tiered Pricing plan
The price follows the dose. Level 1 costs what Level 1 costs, and if you never need Level 6 you never pay for it.
Tiered Plan →Starting out
The six-month starting bundle.
One rate, held for six consecutive months, in three two-month shipments.
Why it suits a start
Your dose climbs most in the first few months, and under dose-linked pricing the cost climbs with it. The bundle holds the rate still through exactly the period when it would otherwise be rising — so the number you see in month one is the number you pay in month six.
What it costs
- Semaglutide — $89 a month. Billed $178 every two months, three times. $534 for the six months.
- Tirzepatide — $159 a month. Billed $318 every two months, three times. $954 for the six months.
How it runs
- Three shipments, two months of medication in each. Each payment covers the shipment that comes with it, and is taken before that shipment goes out.
- The rate does not move. Every dose increase in those six months is included. If your dose reaches a level that would cost more under Tiered Pricing, you still pay the rate you started on.
- That is our commitment, not yours. We hold the price for six months; you are not committing to six months.
Stopping, and what comes after
- You can stop at any point. Stop after the first or the second shipment and there is no penalty, no fee and nothing further owed.
- Not paying the next request is how you stop. No payment, no shipment. There is nothing to cancel and no notice to give.
- After the six-month bundle has ended, you may move to our Tiered Pricing option (below), based on your current dose. You are not automatically re-enrolled and nothing renews. You can continue with our Tiered Pricing structure, or walk away. The choice is yours.
Already going
Our standard Tiered Pricing plan.
The price follows the dose. Level 1 costs what Level 1 costs, and if you never need Level 6 you never pay for it.
Already taking a GLP‑1? Submit proof of your current medication and our physicians will review it and recommend your dose. You will see that recommendation, and its price, before anything is paid — accept it, ask for a change, or decline, and you are not billed. Treatment that picks up at your current dose is priced under our Tiered Pricing structure.
- Priced by the vial you are actually prescribed, not by a flat figure set high enough to cover the largest dose.
- You only pay when you request a new shipment. Nothing is billed between shipments, and nothing is billed because time has passed.
- Two months at a time, paid in advance. One payment, two months of medication.
- If your dose steps up part-way through a bundle, the shipment simply contains both levels.
- Your evaluation, dose adjustments, ongoing monitoring and shipping are included at every level. The price you see is the price you pay.
- The amount changes when your dose changes — which is the point, and why you are shown the dose and the price together before anything is paid.
Every level and every price is listed on the dose price guide. Nothing is hidden behind an intake.
How a refill works
-
01
Your physician proposes the next dose Based on how you have responded, what you are tolerating, and anything that has changed in your health.
-
02
You see the dose and the price together Sent as a payment request, not a charge. You know exactly what is being prescribed and exactly what it costs before any money moves.
-
03
You accept, ask for a change, or decline Pay it, or tell your physician you would rather hold at your current dose, step up more slowly, or stop. Or simply do not pay, and nothing happens.
-
04
Two months of medication ships Once paid. From a licensed pharmacy, to your door, with shipping included.
-
05
You check in before it runs out A renewal visit: weight, side effects, tolerance, anything new. That visit decides the next dose, and the cycle starts over.
In writing
Nothing ships on its own.
There are no automatic shipments and no automatic charges. Before any new shipment is released, two things must have happened: a renewal visit completed, and payment received. Miss either and nothing goes out — which is also how you stop, if you want to.
A renewal visit is not paperwork. This is the point where you and your physician decide whether continuing is right for you, and at what dose. A medication nobody is monitoring is a medication nobody should be refilling.

Build your plan, complete a short intake, and if treatment is appropriate your physician will propose a dose and a price. You decide from there.
