GLP-1 Pricing Guide

Transparent pricing. Always.

Only pay for what you need.

You can see the whole price before you start. Your medication is priced by the vial size you’re actually prescribed — as your physician titrates your dose up, you move to the next level and pay for that vial, not a flat “program” price built around the biggest dose. Your evaluation, dose adjustments, ongoing monitoring and shipping are included at every level.

Why we price per vial, not per month

A GLP-1 is not one medication at one dose. Everyone starts low and moves up over several months, and where you land depends on how you respond. A flat monthly price has to be set high enough to cover the patient on the largest vial — which means the patient on the starting dose is overpaying every month. Pricing per vial fixes that. Level 1 costs what Level 1 costs. If you never need Level 6, you never pay for it.

It also keeps the decision where it belongs. Your physician moves you up when your response says so — not on a schedule designed to justify a subscription price.

How you’re billed

Medication ships in two-month supplies and is paid in two-month bundles: one payment, two months of treatment. If your dose steps up mid-bundle, the shipment simply includes both levels. Nothing is charged until a physician has approved your plan.

Prices shown are for compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide and are subject to change. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Prescription treatment is available only after review and approval by a licensed physician; not all patients will qualify.
